Best Things

Fun...fun...fun! This is the most pleasing part of our world today. Much of this come from things we really wanted- although they're not considered necessities. Laptop, cellphone, ipod, camcorder, automobile, signature shoes, elegant dresses, expensive jewerly and material things take up most of our interest. We don't see some of God's gift to us. It seems abstract nouns lost their worth.

Many people think that money is EVERYTHING. Money is what makes their world go round. They don't realize how stupid they've become because of money. They don't recognize that the "M-word" makes them foolish people by making it their "GOD". I personally admire people who, despite their authority, power and wealth, move to have "low profile" lives.

As a ordinary employee, I wanted to leam most of the answer to my question in life. I want to believe that the things in life come at a cheap price. People around us are free of charge when we seek where God's blessing are. They are gift -that is, no monetary amount of whatever currency can match their value. Yet, we don't recognize their value; unless God has taken them from us. He would say, "Since you don't appreciate a simple gift, then you will have none at all.

A while ago i was chatting with my eldest sister in Italy, And we are talking about how expensive to live there. The bills, gas, food, etc. She said she wants to enjoy life without thinking of any kind that money matters. I told her to pray for the best things in life. But i do realize, the best things can't always be "things." They may come in a form of a family, friend, a relative, or a loved one. I think that is way God took him from me. As a quote may utter, "You'll never realize the value of someone or something until you lose them."
